Process
I submitted my application to their website. After some time (2 months), I was contacted by their HR. Following their screening, I had a phone interview.
The interview was conducted by a couple of their engineers. Basically, they walked through the list of skills on my resume, checking my knowledge on each of these topics. These questions were not hard, but rather easy.
For design patterns, they asked about Singleton. For STL, they asked how STL is implemented. Regarding multithreading, questions were about problems concerning race conditions. Other questions were about the length of an IP address and a MAC address. The final question was about what happens when someone visits a web address and how a server redirects a web browser.
