Employees used to be treated well before 2020. Ever since private equity firms have taken control, we have seen constant leadership changes and the company seems to have lost direction and employee focus.
The current leadership does not care about employees.
Silent layoffs are happening every month since Q3 2025 without proper reasons.
If you take care of your employees well, the employees will take care of customers and results will show.
Recruit leaders who have some empathy and concern towards employees.
Laying-off employees large scale blindly with the hope that AI will run the show is pure stupidity.
