Pros: No pros, only mental stress I felt. When I joined, they won't give time to adjust and manager thinks we should know their product completely before joining, even after doing so much work. No one has knowledge about the product properly and they pressurise new joinees.

Cons: Manager is not at all knowledgeable and he simply says yes to what seniors say and does not have his own decisions, which is why managers should have strong knowledge in the product and no cultural activities. HR never shows interest in asking employees about their work-life balance; after I left, so many people left the same team, and at least then management should know about that team and manager.

Pros: The McAfee work culture is very good.

Cons: There are no cons as far as my stay.

Pros: Strong focus on cybersecurity, giving you exposure to cutting-edge security products Good work-life balance compared to many product companies Opportunity to work on large-scale, high-performance systems Supportive learning culture with mentorship and skill-building programs Competitive salary and employee benefits (healthcare, hybrid work, etc.)

Cons: The tech stack may feel outdated depending on the team. Fewer rapid product iterations compared to fast-moving startups. Organizational processes can be slow due to the large company structure. Limited cross-team movement unless you push for it. High expectations for code quality may increase review cycles.
