The first interview was completed over the phone. It took about 20 minutes. They asked about me and why I wanted the job. They then talked about company culture and described the ideal candidate. It was a very friendly conversation.
Senior Software Engineer
A call with the interviewer, asked about background and experience. Talked about needing to fit the team project. Was told they need more senior-level. The call was pleasant. Learned what they do and their plan to expand.
