There is plenty of work to do, and nice employees. It is good for those who do not need a lot of direction.
A lot of overhead and can take a long time to accomplish goals.
Focus less on process and more on progress.

Applied online. The first interview involved two LeetCode hard problems and behavioral questions. The second was with HR. I can't disclose anything about the final round, but it was difficult. They focus a lot on behavior.
