I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks.
After interviewing previously, I was asked to do so again, roughly two years later. I had another offer on-hand, but my experience was so great last time that I wanted to do another attempt. The team was so gracious in expediting their process for me, especially over the holidays.
Overall, I didn't have any huge complaints. However, the two people manager interviews seemed a little unfocused and vague. Disappointingly, this company does not provide feedback, but my guess is that the director and the VP interviews were where I was passed on, due to a slight disconnect in both interviews.
Ultimately, I appreciated being selected again, and I think we probably wouldn't have worked together well, just checking over my notes and impressions of meeting with these people I'd be reporting into. From this perspective, I think it was more or less a solid way for us both to evaluate what we find important.
