Regular phone screen, recruiter was really nice.
During the technical interview they asked me to solve several TypeScript problems and the interviewer was patient and kind. I was a bit rusty with my TypeScript at the time so did not pass, but appreciated the interviewer for taking the time to work with me.

Pros: WLB is pretty balanced, and there is always a good sense of people who want everyone to succeed as much as possible (whether it comes to learning and writing Haskell, new AI tooling, specing out new greenfield projects, etc.).
Cons: Proper prioritization of impactful projects.
