Process
The first stage is a SQL PR review with a relevant engineer for the first stage, theoretical only.
Then a follow-up coding stage with another engineer utilizing files. I believe after that are the behavioral interviews with a team if you pass the first two.

Pros: WLB is pretty balanced, and there is always a good sense of people who want everyone to succeed as much as possible (whether it comes to learning and writing Haskell, new AI tooling, specing out new greenfield projects, etc.).
Cons: Proper prioritization of impactful projects.
