Pros: You're able to work on large problems and have really great freedom to pick what type of team and product you want to work on. You can work in ads, on Instagram, on Facebook products, or other things. WLB is generally pretty good compared to startups.
Cons: Public perception of the company is at an all-time low, and at times I doubt the direction myself.
