Pros: Impact, scale, the learning, tools, smart coworkers, the perks (free food!), reputation / resume name value, the compensation, and internal mobility.
Cons: Work-life balance can be a challenge. Also, it's sometimes hard not to feel overshadowed if you're not a SWE. Overall, though, it's awesome.

Pros: Benefits are the best in my entire experience.
Good talent.
Cons: Good talent is being wasted by encouraging people to be selfish with PSC (which they think is the best).
This puts a lot of pressure on people with some of the internal tools, which are not good enough to be used.
