The challenge is completing at least 3-4 questions per section to pass.
This is also very dependent on the interviewer.
The problems themselves are very easy if you use Python/SQL day to day.

Pros: 1. Strong infrastructure, similar workflow and data flow among every org. Easy to communicate, debug and share experience with other DEs in FB.
2. Top pay for DE among the world and top promotion speed.
3. Good company culture. Very open and free inside the company. Managers are nice. They are helping you and your career, not manipulating you.
Cons: Strong infrastructure and data tools solved most tech problems for you. You only need to perform business logic most of the time in SQL. Writing too much SQL every day can become boring. Sometimes, you might not even feel like you're doing engineering work.
