Phone call with a recruiter, followed by an initial technical screening round. The recruiter stated that the technical screening must be completed within two weeks from the recruiter call.
I joined the interview four minutes late, as Zoom forced an update when I clicked to join. I received a medium-difficulty question and was able to implement the logic, providing a code walk-through with test cases.
The next day, I received an email stating I was rejected, but the feedback was positive.
Lesson learned: First impressions matter. Show up on time!
