Several rounds, moderate to hard difficulty, with lots of theory. The engineers interviewing me were nice enough, though. Basically what you'd expect from a big tech interview process. I don't know what else to say, but it requires 30 words.

Downleveling is common. This year will be one more downleveling.
Cons: Smart and capable people. But performance expectations were ramped to the max by Zuck this year. So managers and directors are looking for faults in your personality, or anything closely related to your job or office interactions.
