Facebook invested at a very large scale in interviewing. The process was very well structured. The recruiters were great and really helpful resources throughout the process. They spent a lot of time answering questions and providing help.
I had the opportunity to informally talk to an EM to answer questions about the interview and get tips on approaching the problems. They conduct bi-weekly mock interviews, which were very helpful to attend and observe a live interview to get an idea of how to approach system design questions. Most of the questions asked for management rounds were given in the sample questions. Overall, Facebook provides tons of resources to prepare for the interview.
In terms of succeeding, I suggest really practicing on a whiteboard (Excalidraw is even better) for typical system design questions you find online. Design Instagram, Netflix, Uber-type systems and really follow the format of clarifying functional and non-functional requirements before jumping into the solution.
For management rounds, I really reflected on my own experience. I suggest structuring your thoughts around your experience in a way that allows you to provide as many signals as possible in your answers.
The coding round was definitely a bit more challenging, but practicing on LeetCode helps.
