I had two basic and standard phone interviews. They involved many questions about how Facebook works, my experience using Facebook, and so on. After a couple of weeks, I visited Facebook's campus for three in-person interviews.
Two of the three were technical interviews, both involving problem-solving and drawing solutions on a whiteboard. The third interview was business development-focused, with many questions about how I thought Facebook could improve and monetize.
Overall, the questions were fair, and the people I met were very nice. It would have been an exciting opportunity, but unfortunately, it didn't work out.
