I went through two interviews with two Facebook managers.
The questions were more focused on web technologies and JavaScript than raw algorithmic prowess, which made them easier than the Software Engineer Intern questions I was asked in a previous interview round.

Pros: Facebook is run by sociopaths. The only benefit of working here is to improve your resume.
Cons: Expect to work 50-70 hours per week on a dumb project. The company always wants you to act with urgency, even when the projects are ill-conceived.
