The most notable thing about the Facebook interview process is that they really go to great lengths to ensure you are prepared. They offer awesome live webinar sessions where candidates can prep with current employees.

The process was similar to other tech companies. If you are local, you have the opportunity to do your initial tech screen in-person, which is nice.

Many of the people I worked with throughout the process were nice and helpful, but things felt a bit impersonal at points.
