Process
There were 3 interviews.
The first was a cultural and personality fit, directly with the recruiter, in English, and it lasted almost 1 hour. It was quite challenging.
The second interview was technical, where I had to code algorithms to solve 2 problems using a programming language. It lasted 45 minutes. I did well in this interview, but not enough to pass, so they gave me a third interview, similar to the second, as a tie-breaker.
Unfortunately, I was not approved, but I had support and feedback at all stages, without delay.
