Pros: En terme d'avantages, ce sont des contrats français avec tous les trucs usuels : 25 jours de congés + 2 semaines de RTT, très bonne cantine, participation, etc.
Cons: En termes de revenu, c'est environ 50% des US pour la partie fixe/salaire, mais environ 90% pour les actions gratuites (RSU) qui sont versées.
Comme la part des actions gratuites dans la rémunération augmente avec l'expérience, l'écart avec les US est plus important pour les juniors que pour les seniors.
Levels.fyi a les bons ordres de grandeur, mais il faut faire attention : la plupart des chiffres donnés sont pour les US.
Par rapport aux entreprises françaises, ce sont des rémunérations extrêmement intéressantes (facilement 2x-3x plus).

Lot of work to be done (no in-team scope fighting).
Cons: Getting stuff done can be tricky due to XFN teams owning products useful for submitting flows.
A lot of pressure on impact.
Ramp-up can be very difficult for an E5.
