Phone screen, followed by a technical. The final round consists of 3 technicals, a behavioral, and a machine learning system design. Pretty standard stuff.
PROS: Interviewers were kind, helpful, and professional.
CONS: Scheduling was a bit awkward. Some meetings were scheduled after hours for the start of the day, resulting in both parties missing the meeting.
EXPLODING OFFERS! Recruiters are arrogant and inattentive. They conduct everything over the phone to leave no paper trail, including offers, and pressure you to negotiate on the spot. Furthermore, the offers "expire" after 24 hours. They also don't provide any offer letter until you accept verbally or via email. This is very predatory.
