The initial phone screen with the recruiter was enjoyable. However, the subsequent coding interview presented challenges.
While the recruiter offered valuable information about the process, some of the advice was misleading.
The coding interview itself was difficult, primarily due to the interviewer's accent, which made understanding the conversation very hard.

Pros: I love how they make interns work on projects that are relevant to the teams, so it makes you feel valued.
They encourage a very fast-paced learning rate, initiative, and starting beneficial projects on your own.
Cons: The learning curve can be quite steep, especially in the early weeks of your internship.

Pros: En terme d'avantages, ce sont des contrats français avec tous les trucs usuels : 25 jours de congés + 2 semaines de RTT, très bonne cantine, participation, etc.
Cons: En termes de revenu, c'est environ 50% des US pour la partie fixe/salaire, mais environ 90% pour les actions gratuites (RSU) qui sont versées.
Comme la part des actions gratuites dans la rémunération augmente avec l'expérience, l'écart avec les US est plus important pour les juniors que pour les seniors.
Levels.fyi a les bons ordres de grandeur, mais il faut faire attention : la plupart des chiffres donnés sont pour les US.
Par rapport aux entreprises françaises, ce sont des rémunérations extrêmement intéressantes (facilement 2x-3x plus).
