The process began with a phone call from the recruiter, followed by a phone call with the hiring manager, and then an all-day onsite interview.

The onsite interview process is extremely secretive and consists of back-to-back interviews. During these interviews, candidates first repeat their experience to everyone and are then bombarded with random mechanical engineer questions.

I feel like this company doesn't know how to hire and it seems like they are hiring more as contractors for the positions.

There were elitist attitudes from most of the interviewers, who seemed to root for candidates to mess up, along with an undertone of racism and sexism.

After you interview with them, you are blackballed from interviewing ever again with them.
