Process
The process involved several interviews and a coding challenge. I didn't take the coding challenge very seriously, as I was sure I would fail, but I passed.
At the end, I had a one-on-one meeting with a senior Meta person, and we didn't really connect. I believe he was right; it wasn't the right fit for me at the moment.
