A Meta internal recruiter contacted me with the usual "your experience and skills are impressive, let's schedule an interview" message. I scheduled the interview with the internal Meta recruiter, and she never showed up.
I took time off from my current project to make time for her to interview me about my 30+ years of experience in tech industries.
Long after our scheduled interview time slot was over, she finally responded to my messages with a statement that she decided I do not have all the experience that is clearly stated on my resume, LinkedIn, etc.
It was super disrespectful of my time, and I do not appreciate a recruiter accusing me of having a LinkedIn and resume that are falsified. It was truly bizarre.
The Meta Internal Recruiter did not show up for the interview. Instead, she sent a "gross" message long after the scheduled interview, stating she decided I have no experience.
(My resume and LinkedIn are somehow not the truth???)
