Pros: Once you get ramped up after a couple of weeks/months, things really start to flow well.
Cons: As an intern, you only have so many months. For the large majority, I felt stressed that I wasn't up to speed. In reality, being a Production Engineer truly just takes time to adjust to. Towards the end, I felt the flow of my work really develop, but the middle learning portion was a slow slog of a time.

Cons: Deadlines can sometimes be tough, especially when navigating an extremely large codebase.
