Process
A 10-minute interview with Facebook asked me about my programming experience and when I would be graduating.
They also inquired about projects that I've worked on.
It was very short and not difficult, but also a bit misleading. Their application page stated the internship was a minimum of 3 months, when it was actually a maximum of 3 months.
Questions
When are you graduating?
What's your strongest programming language?

Pros: I had an amazing internship experience at Meta.
I learned a ton from all the engineers on my team, and connected with many from other teams as well.
I'm happy to be returning this summer.
Cons: Didn't get to experience the office due to a remote internship during Covid-19.

Pros: Smart people, pretty close to meritocratic. Interesting challenges, high levels of transparency, and super flat hierarchies considering the size of the company.
Cons: Due to emphasis on promoting managers from individual contributors, some managers are not great at people management.
Because of limited top-down management, sometimes you end up in tech debt that might've been avoided.
Facebook is not really set up for employees with families, although they are getting better.
