Process
Your recruiter will likely share a lot of good tidbits on how to prepare.
There weren't any egregious questions.
I think a large part of the equation is who ends up interviewing you. One of my interviewers seemed quite disinterested and annoyed that I took 45 minutes out of their day.

Pros: Excellent working environment. People are also kind. The hardware equipment is very high class, allowing people to fully focus on their own work.
Cons: So stressful. The manager keeps pushing people, and there's even no time to take a break. I ended up getting laid off because of performance, which is really not a good experience working in the company overall, speaking.
