Process
Referred by a friend, I received an email from the recruiter several weeks later. The recruiter asked some one-word-answer questions to ensure I had the most basic knowledge required for the position. These were mostly Linux system-related questions, and if you work with Linux, it should be easy.
There were two telephone technical interviews afterward.
- The first was for coding.
- The second was for Linux system knowledge.

Pros: There is a lot of interesting tech, though as a PE, we are farther from the metal than I like.
Cons: It's a bit cutthroat. Dubious value to society. Everything they do was an idea they stole from someone else.
