Pros: Great management, fulfilling work, wonderful culture, awesome benefits. The quality of our free food is amazing. There are many opportunities for individual impact on the company.
Cons: I don't know if I have 20 words of cons. I guess that's what fillers like this are for. The only con is sometimes things are a bit underdefined, especially with our systems. For example, what do you use to accomplish Task X? Which library?
