After the first email, I selected a time from the recruiter's calendar and scheduled a meeting for the initial discussion.
However, the recruiter stood me up for the first meeting and never responded to explain what happened.
It was not easy to reach out, and it seems they do not value the other person's time.

Cons: Too much office politics. The best way to work at Meta is to keep your head down without asking too many questions about the process. Zero work-life balance. People will steal your ideas and present them as if they worked on them to get promotions.
