Process

I applied through a recruiter. The process took one week.

I got a call from a recruiter for the RNPE new grad role. There was a small assessment I had to complete, after which the recruiter reached out to schedule a screening interview. The screening had two rounds:

  • One coding round.
  • One technical networking round.

I didn't do too well in the coding round, but I did quite well in the technical round. However, I wasn't invited to a second round, and no feedback was provided.
