The recruiter was great and very insightful.
I will conduct the phone screening interview, followed by a virtual "on-site" interview. Haven't received an offer yet.

Pros: Moving fast is both a pro and a con. It's great that we merge straight to master, but it does put heaps of pressure on even small tasks.
Cons: Breaking things is both a pro and a con. You can go in and step all over other people's work if you have one guy backing you up.
