Process

A recruiter messaged me on LinkedIn about a position and if I was interested. Next, there was a follow-up call. During the call, the recruiter may ask you questions to test your basic knowledge of the field you are being interviewed on. Mine was Android, so I was asked some questions that had answer options. If you make it successfully, you will be moved to the next phase.

In this phase, you will use CoderPad with your preferred language. The interview will be for about 45 minutes. You will likely be asked 1 or 2 questions. It is very important to explain your thought process and how you arrive at your answer, then you can optimize your solution.

Next, you will be given enough time to prepare. You will have 3-4 interviews:

  • Coding
  • Behavior/Motivations
  • Design/Architecture
  • Coding

Questions

I am not going to reveal the interview questions because I signed a nondisclosure agreement, but I will tell you the areas to spend your time on.

Note: LeetCode is your best friend for practicing. Make sure to get a premium subscription. Practice, practice, practice! Always check for the optimal solution.
