The recruiter reached out on LinkedIn, which was followed by one technical interview, then three more rounds of technical interviews, and one round of behavioral questions. All technical interviews featured SQL and Python questions, which started with the easiest and got harder and harder.

Pros: Aside from the best comp/benefits in the industry, there's an opportunity to learn to be social, open, and interact with others. Geeks/nerds don't exist here. Everyone needs to learn to work with others and be communicative.
Cons: Only been here a couple months. The only con I can tell so far is that managing image and expectations is a real portion of work.
