The recruiter was friendly and very helpful.
They asked 5 basic questions about SQL and 5 basic questions about Python.
The drawback is that the position requires relocation after the pandemic.

Pros: - Smart people to work with.
- Interesting projects.
- Good pay.
- Good benefits.
- Significantly less politics than in lots of other corporations.
- Great integration between systems.
Cons: - Focus on quick and dirty solutions.
- Sometimes it requires two weeks more to come up with something better.
- Quite often bad design.
- No incentives for the engineers or data engineers to upgrade design skills; more important is to deliver quickly.
- Politics level increased since layoffs.
- PSC style encourages individualism and not much teamwork.
- Scope stealing.
- Not great WLB.

Pros: Pay is outstanding. Benefits are the best I've ever seen. Full of positive people who truly care about diversity and inclusion.
Cons: Getting laid off isn't fun. Job roles are narrowly defined, so doing the right thing is not encouraged.
