Phone Screening: The Italian interviewer was late for the interview, then he asked one question.
I solved the question in 15 minutes. The question could be solved in O(n log n), but I solved it in O(n).
The feedback on the question was good, but I was rejected because the interviewer didn't ask me the other question due to his lateness.
I spoke with HR, but he didn't do anything.
This was unfair, and I am disappointed by a big company.
