Pros: Significantly improved both my technical and leadership skill sets.
Nearly all of the people I worked with were friendly and competent.
Pay was fantastic.
I worked 40 hours per week most weeks and didn't get pressure to work longer hours.
Cons: The expectations of my job were very fuzzy for a long time, making the review cycle very stressful.
There was sometimes focus from my managers on gaming the review system rather than doing the best work I could do.

Pros: Good leadership. Honestly, things are well thought out.
Cons: The company definitely overhired, like most in tech. It's slow. Bureaucracy has grown to a large point. The OKR planning cycles are 6-12 months. This is very big tech.
