Pros: Free breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Free snacks.
Free gourmet coffee.
Free kombucha.
Pay that allows early retirement or the ability to launch a startup.
Obscene pay for the level of success.
Cons: Reality Labs is really messed up. The RL leadership hides info from the top brass. Managers and Directors have little accountability. The organization has no idea how to investigate a design and prepare product for launch. So much is wasted.
And because of the ridiculous compensation, the politics of survival among the leaders prevents any constructive improvement. Reality Labs is designed to fail slowly.

Cons: Very heavy layers of management. You're not really in the know on what's going on on projects.
