The interview process includes a phone screen, followed by five on-site interviews: coding, system design, and behavioral.

I recommend splitting the on-site interviews across two days if possible. They are exhausting, and you'll perform better on the later interviews if you take a break.

During the on-site portion, you will also meet for lunch with an engineer. This engineer can answer your questions but will not provide feedback on your performance.

During the behavioral interview, describe a difficult situation you had at work, how you handled it, and how you sought support. They are looking for your ability to work with others, self-reflection, and empathy.

Also, you will get a chance to redo the system design if just one of them didn’t go well.
