Pros: Great people to work with. There's a lot of empathy. Free breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. You won't have any issues getting whatever equipment you need.
Cons: It's a stressful time to be at the company. Due to over-hiring, there can be competition to find meaningful work and get good ratings.
There are definite cost-cutting measures happening.
