I had two stages for the interview. The first was a Skype call with coding in a shared environment, where I performed well enough. The second was an on-site interview at the London office.

It consisted of four talks with technical staff, all of whom were very positive and friendly.

Unfortunately, I did not perform as well as expected and was not given an offer. The tasks I had to solve seemed easy at first glance, but actually allowed for different approaches.

Additionally, I failed to convince the interviewers of the impact I had on the design of my previous projects.

Be ready to talk about the architecture of services, about your previous projects and your role in them. Prepare to solve some coding tasks.
