Meta contacted me regarding a position on their Crypto/FinTech product team. After scheduling the interview, the interviewer postponed it multiple times on the day of the interview. Finally, before the last attempt, they informed me they were no longer hiring.
I am unsure if this was due to a hiring freeze, but if their recruiting process is any indication, this is not a company that appreciates or respects talent.
