Pros: - Challenging and interesting engineering work in network infrastructure.
- Possibility to contribute to the evolution of the world's large-scale systems, which impacts billions of people.
- A lot of smart people around.
- Supportive and open management; no conflicts or misunderstandings so far.
- High salary.
- It's easy to find a team with a good work/life balance, despite what you can find on Blind, etc.
Cons: The company is big, and your working experience can differ significantly between different teams.

Pros: - Many projects in many very different specialties.
- Very good engineering level.
- Fast moving, changing, adapting.
Cons: Open space setup for all. It's loud, sometimes overpacked (it's better now). I've never been as unproductive.
Changes are sometimes hard to track.
Your project might be "reformulated" along the way.
Very young. The least "social" of the places I've ever worked at.
