The interview process began with a phone call screen with a recruiter, followed by an online assessment using CoderPad.
The recruiter frequently ghosted me, which resulted in communications being spread out over several weeks.
During the technical CoderPad phone screen:
- The interviewer did not answer certain questions I asked.
- The interviewer did not collaborate.
- The interviewer frequently interrupted me while I was speaking.
