Professional and well-defined. The initial round was a phone screen with a recruiter who explained the hiring process. They went through my past work experience and also ensured my expectations from a work perspective were understood. In the phone algorithm interview, I unfortunately could not answer the questions optimally and was dinged at a couple of stages.
