Process
I applied through a referral for the SF office. I was contacted by a recruiter about 10 days later.
The recruiter was kind and professional. Before asking me about myself, they went into good detail about the company, the various teams, and projects the team was working on.
They also added that in case I got on board, I would have the chance to work with each team to get a sense of what it was like, then pick the team to work on later.
