I submitted my application a month before I was contacted by email to schedule a phone screening interview.
At the time, I was on vacation and couldn't make one of the available dates. The interview was delayed. By the time I said I would be available, I was contacted again.
The person I spoke with was nice and easy to talk to, which didn't make the process too stressful. Either way, I was stressed enough to not be able to answer correctly, and I know I wasn't fully prepared for the interview questions.
