Software Developer Interview Experience - Mountain View, California
Process
Phone screen (with coding).
Sometimes had difficulty understanding the interviewer.
This was a pure coding assessment, with no behavioral questions. The question itself was pretty challenging compared to others I've encountered elsewhere, but it was not unsolvable. Unfortunately, I didn't arrive at a working solution before time ran out.
