I am a college sophomore on track to graduate early. They contacted me via email and asked for an interview. The interview concluded in five minutes because the interviewer did not realize I was an undergraduate. If you are recruiting an undergraduate who is not even an upperclassman, you should review their resume more carefully before beginning a mass recruiting event.
