It was a 45-minute Skype interview where I was asked two algorithmic questions. I was not allowed a compiler and had to manually test the code. The questions were very similar to ones you might find on HackerRank or LeetCode.

Pros: I worked with smart people and learned how to think while solving problems from them all. They provided an excellent compensation and benefit package for interns.
Cons: The average internship program lasts 12 weeks, which is insufficient time to thoroughly understand the various technologies I was supposed to use, such as internal metrics to analyze a change in the codebase. Although they had programs to socialize with others, they also didn't allocate a specific time to communicate with other interns.

Pros: - Strong intern program structure with lots of mentors.
- Learn a lot from very talented developers.
Cons: - Not really a con, but be prepared to be proactive in seeking out help.
- Somewhat unclear how they rank and score interns and what is taken into account for return offers.
- Personally, I didn't have any other interns in my team, and I was remote, so the perks were obviously not that great.
